What We Do together

Research & assessment

Most projects benefit from assessing where we are, where we want to be, what assets will support that change, and what barriers or gaps need to be addressed to ensure success. The scope of the project, organizational capacity, and available resources will help us determine the best course of action, which can include one or more of the following: existing data gathered, document review, survey, interviews, focus groups, community outreach, and/or key stakeholder conversations.

action planning

We work together to determine the best course of action based on the goals outlined and what we have learned from any assessment and research conducted. This can include a report with next steps, a strategic planning process, referrals to trusted collaborators, and recommendations for coaching, learning and development, and policy and process reviews. Some of this might occur in tandem with or even as a part of the research and assessment process (e.g., some aspects of strategic planning).

policy & process review

In coordination with you, your team, and/or a working group of key constituents, these reviews help identify the policies and processes in need of updating, revising, reconfiguring, and/or creating anew, as well as how to do so. Some of this work may have already been initiated during the research and assessment process or even prior to us working together.

Learning and Development

Learning and development is a broad array of tools at our disposal to support individual, team, and organizational growth. This can include curriculum review, instructional design, workshop facilitation, onboarding and orientation training, and recommendations for facilitators and/or resources for learning outside of T*FC’s scope of expertise.

Frequent Collaborators

Trans*Formational Change has collaborated with the following organizations, which may be brought on to support our work together.
